Topic: Using Personal Assessment Tools in your Practice

Please join us for lunch & facilitated discussion on the various assessment tools available to consultants / coaches.

We will be prepared to talk about several assessment tools available to consultants / coaches including:

    • MindScan
    • DISC
    • Meyers Briggs
    • PIAV
    • Others (feel free to discuss your own preferences)

We will be discussing the following:

  • What assessment tools are available?
  • What does each assessment do / not do and how do they compare?
  • What assessment tools are you currently using?
  • How do you incorporate assessments in your practice?
  • What do you like / dislike about assessment tools you have used?
  • Where do you get access to assessments to use in your practice?
  • How much do you pay for assessments? How much do you charge?

Ray Reuter will kick-off our topic and discussion by sharing information about MindScan, a relatively new assessment tool.  MindScan is a scientific, Noble Prize nominated tool used to identify your natural strengths and potential blind spots.  It essentially measures how you think and what you value.  (Note that this is NOT a sales pitch, but an opportunity to see firsthand a new tool to help you build your practice.)
